Do you provide parking spaces?
Private traffic is only permitted up to Täsch (5 km before Zermatt). The road from Täsch to Zermatt is closed for public traffic. In Täsch, you have access to various parking spaces. The multi-storey car parks also offer a taxi service to and from Zermatt. We recommend Taxi Christophe and Taxi Fredy.

You can also park your car at the Matterhorn Terminal and take the shuttle train to Zermatt. Shuttle trains of the Matterhorn Gotthard Railway between Täsch and Zermatt run every 20 minutes.
Do you offer a shuttle service from the train station to the hotel?
Our porter will be happy to collect you upon your arrival in Zermatt at the train station or the taxi rank. This service is free of charge and available from 8.00 am to 7.00 pm. Please inform us prior to arrival what time you will arrive at the Zermatt train station or call us with the free phone at the train station.
What time is Check-in and Check-out? Is it possible to store the luggage?
Check-in is possible from 3.00 pm and Check-out until 11.00 am.
You can store your luggage on arrival day before checking in as well as on departure day after checking out. This service is free of charge. If you would like to do sports on your departure day, you can use our shower facilities near the reception before travelling home.
How do I get to the mountain railways / ski lifts?
The mountain railways are within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. In addition, there is a ski bus stop right in front of the hotel.
Does the hotel offer half board?
We do not offer half board. All our guests are welcome to eat at our à-la-carte restaurant Old Zermatt.
As a hotel guest, can I also invite external guests to breakfast?
On request you are welcome to invite guests to breakfast. We charge CHF 18.00 per person.
What do you offer for guests with food allergies and intolerances?
Please contact us prior to your arrival if you suffer from allergies or intolerances. For breakfast we can offer lactose-free milk, yogurt and / or gluten-free bread.
In our Restaurant Old Zermatt you can choose between different gluten-free and lactose-free dishes.
What is the pet policy at your hotel?
Pets are not allowed.
Do you provide extra beds?
We do provide extra beds at an additional charge, depending on the booked room category and the availability.
Please contact us prior to your arrival, if you need an extra bed.
